Sunday at Zubar was incredible. Cokni O'Dire and Select literally tore the rough off. They did dancehall the way it is supposed to be done. Hands down my favorite dancehall night in Dallas. Cokni O'Dire is a true veteran. Dude was toasting on the mic, mixing up tunes, and even got on the dance floor and did a little passa passa. Incredible.
Monday's Lunes Tropical was the best one to date. Big up to John Johnson for helping promote and getting all the salseros out. It was truly special and I was cheesing the whole night. It is nice to know that Dallas has a salsa scene and dancers that like to get it in. We will be updating the sets from Lunes Tropical weekly for your listening pleasure. They will be available for free download within one week.
